The team agent
An assistant for your staff that asks before it acts.
It prepares follow-ups, the calendar and answers. Every change waits for a person’s approval.
The work around the conversations, prepared for you.
Staff ask by text or voice. It acts only with each person’s own permissions.

What teams ask about the team agent.
Does it send emails on its own?
No. Emails, booking changes and tasks go out only after you approve them.
Does it read my whole mailbox?
No. It works with calendars and sends emails you approve. It does not read your Outlook inbox.
Where do the numbers in its charts come from?
From defined metrics such as bookings, calls and hand-overs. Each answer shows how it was computed.
Can it add new tools to our agents?
It can draft one; an admin must approve it. The front agent can never create tools.
Which systems does it work with?
Microsoft 365 and your documents first; Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams later.
What does it cost?
