Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification or reduced motion.

The standard we aim for
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the level that the European standard EN 301 549 refers to.
Conformance status
[TBD: conformance status (fully, partially or not conformant) after an independent audit.]
Until that audit is done, we make no claim of conformance. This statement describes our own checks during development.
What we have done
- All content is part of the page and can be read without JavaScript.
- Every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator.
- Colours are chosen for a contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text (3:1 for large text and graphics), in the light and the dark theme.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion, or when you switch on "Reduce motion" here.
- Dialogs keep the focus inside, close with Escape and return the focus to where you were.
- Conversations in other languages are marked with their language and come with an English translation.
- The accessibility settings let you enlarge text, raise contrast, reduce motion, underline links and widen spacing.
Known limitations
- The live voice demo needs a microphone and spoken conversation. The text chat and the contact form are the alternatives.
- Some demonstrations, such as the conversation replays, move on their own. With "Reduce motion" they are shown complete and still.
- The imprint, privacy policy and terms are not published yet.
- [TBD: findings of the accessibility audit, with the date each one will be fixed.]
Feedback and contact
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need content in another format, please tell us: we will help and fix it.
Write to [accessibility contact e-mail] or use the contact page. [TBD: response time we commit to.]
Enforcement
[TBD: legal review. The enforcement body and complaint procedure that apply in the country of the operating company.]
How this statement was prepared
